DDI Medical Technology Group, LLC (DDIMTG) is a South Carolina company that delivers software products and related services to a variety of health and care-giver community providers and supporting partners throughout the United States.

The DDIMTG vision is to provide effective software tools and supporting services for comprehensive case management and reporting to ensure users can deliver excellent service to their patients and members.

The DDIMTG leadership team includes experienced healthcare workers, software professionals, project managers, account executives, and business leaders from healthcare, government and various business markets.  

Our team’s unique, specialized experiences and dedication to improving health outcomes is the impetus for developing software products and tools for both effective patient/client case and disease management. The team’s deep knowledge of software technology and system interfaces ensures DDIMTG’s core DMCN product can be easily configured and customized for successful implementations across a wide spectrum of case and disease management applications. 

COMPANY HISTORY 

DDIMTG was established as a business unit with the Decision Dynamics, Inc. company, founded in 1998. DDIMTG’s flagship software product is marketed as DMCN. DMCN is designed for both effective patient/client case management and/or disease management. In 2019, DDIMTG became an independent privately owned company registered to do business as DDIMTG, LLC. 

During DDIMTG’s 20+ year history, DMCN has been successfully used by healthcare institutions, non-profit organizations, and provider networks with a desire to improve the health of their patients and streamline the case management process, while intelligently managing the costs of care. DMCN is composed of specialized modules and common components that support a variety of case management programs, including Nurse-Family Partnership, High-Risk Patient Stratification, Pre-Term and Perinatal Health, Asthma Registry, Managed Care, and Referral Care Coordination. 

DDIMTG’s strength and success is built upon exceptional DMCN content, coupled with the continuous service and support the company provides to existing customers.  DDIMTG’s customer base and partnerships continue to grow as the emphasis on value-based provider services expands throughout the nation.
